About Me
After fashion design studies at Shenkar College of Engineering and Design, and following several years’ work in commercial clothing companies, I decided in to embark on a creative and artistic work path.
My work combines the disciplines of traditional textile crafts with contemporary materials.
I use this combination to interweave situation that involve both everyday life as well as mythological and literature aspects.
My work has been exhibited in few local and international shows and has been mentioned in several international art books and magazines.
In addition to my own artistic work, I conduct textile art and art workshops in various settings, such as art academies, schools, museums, environmental education centers, and I conduct workshops for adults and kids dealing with mental health disorders. During the last few years I have cooperated with therapists, and together we have developed unique programs which involve textile art in therapeutic processes.
